Opportunity & Approach
I met the owner of ALAM Bali Televisi through a close friend who helped get CNN off the ground back in the early days when the media conglomerate was still a start-up.
ALAM Bali was in the early stages of developing an eco-media company to be based in Indonesia. I was retained to create the initial brand concepts, logo marks, and color palettes for the new media company.
The approach was very simple, travel to Bali, spend time with the CEO to discuss the vision of the media company, and create a series of concepts for review and approaval. I was given a beautiful space from which to work in the owne’s compound in Ubud and I feel in love with the island.
I am forever grateful that his work led me to discovering the beauty of SE Asia, Indonesia, and Bali.
OUTCOME
/Results
While in Ubud Bali, I created a series of logo marks, a color palette, and a very simple conceptual presentation of the new brand’s ethos.

This was another project that I wished had never ended. I would have gladly remained in Ubud for years. Working with the founders and investors of ALAM Bali was unforgettable. I hope to return one day.
