HDS retained METERA to help them with a global roadshow to promote the OEM to private equity investors and for a potential NYSE Euronext IPO in Paris.
The approach was similar to the other NYSE Euronext IPO projects my team and I had worked on in the past: created a new visual identity based upon the legacy logomark. Once this part of the project was competed, develop an investor vision reel with voice over scripts in French, and Chinese, and a concise set of brand guidelines.
OUTCOME
/Results
HDS elected to not go public because of the 2008 financial crisis. The company did however secure funding from private investors soon after their rebrand and launch.

This was an extremely enjoyable project for the team and I to work on. The management team at HDS gave us complete creative freedom to tell their investor story. While we had hoped for an NYSE Euronext IPO in Paris, we were pleased that the company quickly secured funding from a prominent global investor.
